Prince Harry has left the United Kingdom after meeting with King Charles III following his cancer diagnosis, as confirmed by US Newzs Digital.

The Duke of Sussex is currently on his way to the United States, departing from Heathrow Airport this morning, as stated by royal expert Hilary Fordwich. It’s reported that the estranged prince was not permitted to stay at any of the royal residences and did not have a reunion with his brother, Prince William.

Harry arrived in London to visit his ailing father on Tuesday, having a brief meeting with the monarch at his London residence, Clarence House. Fordwich had previously informed US Newzs Digital that despite the younger prince’s desire for a reunion with his older brother, no meeting would occur.

Instead, Prince William resumed his royal duties on Wednesday, attending his first engagement since his wife, Kate Middleton, was hospitalized for abdominal surgery and since the King announced his cancer diagnosis.

The prince hosted an investiture ceremony at Windsor Castle, which recognized the exceptional achievements of individuals. There are six different Orders of Chivalry and two Orders of Merit that can be conferred upon a person, each at various levels. Recipients are appointed as officers of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire or as officers of the Order of the British Empire.

Recipients included former athletes, current educators, and executives. The ceremony, typically held at Buckingham Palace, likely took place at Windsor Castle so that William could stay close to his wife, who is recuperating at their home, Adelaide Cottage, according to Fordwich.

William is expected to attend a gala on Wednesday evening for the London Air Ambulance Service. “Therefore, we know Kate is well enough for him to leave her side, and presumably, there will be a nurse on hand if needed,” Fordwich explained.

Princess Anne was also seen fulfilling royal duties on Wednesday, engaging with military personnel in Bicester, England.

During a recent appearance on “The Story with Martha MacCallum,” royal expert Neil Sean shared his thoughts on how he believes the extended royal family will step up during this time of uncertainty.

“The Princess of Wales, Catherine, is incapacitated, recuperating herself,” Sean said. “And then, of course, you have Prince William, who is also fulfilling daddy duties… So now, we’re going to have to rely on the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and, of course, the Princess Royal — but it does leave the royals spread thin.”

On January 17, the palace initially announced Middleton’s hospitalization. Following advice from her medical team, the princess is unlikely to resume public duties until Easter, which falls in late March.

Just days after the announcement, Prince William was photographed leaving the clinic after visiting his wife.

Hours after Middleton’s hospitalization was announced, Buckingham Palace revealed that King Charles would undergo a “corrective procedure” for an enlarged prostate.

The king was admitted to The London Clinic, the same hospital as Middleton, on January 26 and was subsequently discharged. On February 5, the palace announced that during his hospital stay, “a separate issue of concern was noted,” later identified as cancer.

“His Majesty has now begun a regular schedule of treatments, during which time doctors have advised him to postpone public-facing duties. Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to fulfill State business and official paperwork as usual,” a press release stated.
