Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce is set to play in Super Bowl LVIII, with Taylor Swift in attendance.
Taylor Swift probably has a reserved parking spot for her private jet when she attends Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas on February 11th to witness Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs in action for the final time this NFL season.
Limited landing slots appeared to be available at Henderson Executive Airport and North Las Vegas Airport several weeks ahead of the biggest football game of the year, as reported by a spokesperson from the Clark County Aviation Department to the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Tuesday.

However, Swift, renowned as a “Mastermind,” has emphasized the importance of planning in her lyrics, singing “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail/Strategy sets the scene for the tale” in the hit song from her latest album, “Midnights.” The global pop star will be flying directly from Tokyo after a performance on the Eras Tour on Feb. 10.
“I assume that Taylor Swift, along with her pilots and team, likely secured landing slot requirements when… [Taylor and Travis] first began dating, right? Because there was a strong possibility that the Chiefs would reach the Super Bowl,” explained Jordan Brown, CEO of Jet Agency, to US Newzs Business.
Even if Swift did have to settle for a last-minute plan, the private aviation CEO noted that there are people out there who would pull strings for the immensely popular singer-songwriter.
“She’s a bad–s,” Brown said. “So there’s no question if anybody could do it, it’s her.”
“Absolutely no doubt about it,” he added. “They would make it happen.”
Landing spots can also be reserved for “drop-and-go” flights, where passengers are dropped off, and the aircraft then proceeds to another location for parking. However, it’s important to note that this option doesn’t always prove feasible.
“Even the drop-and-go sometimes doesn’t work because their ramp is full,” explained Brown. “They literally cannot pull off of the taxiway and onto a ramp to drop passengers. And certainly, stopping on the taxiway to drop passengers and proceed is not an option.”
Brown explained that private jet parking is similar to making “dinner reservations.”
“You can’t land 30 airplanes on the same runway at once,” he said. “So, you have to have an arrival time that you’re on final approach into that airport.
“If my slot is at 6:12 p.m. and I’m taking off for Florida, I gotta make sure I take off at the exact time that will get me there at 6:12. And they manage air traffic control that way.”
It’s uncertain whether Harry Reid International Airport has any available parking spaces. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, all three airports in the area collectively can accommodate nearly 400 aircraft, depending on their size. Boulder City Municipal Airport could also be considered for travel to the Super Bowl, but it is currently at capacity, as per an individual familiar with the matter who spoke to the outlet.
“We were filled up weeks ago, and we’ve received calls every day from people wanting to fly in for the game,” the source stated. “It’s a little disheartening that we can’t help them.”
Swift intends to be in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl, as reported by US Newzs Digital. According to the source, the performer is actively planning her itinerary for her time in Nevada.
“I think it’s incredible that with a private airplane, she can leave Tokyo and make it to Vegas on time,” remarked Brown, who has two decades of experience in private aviation, to US Newzs Business. “It would be nearly impossible with commercials. After her concert, it’s kind of an odd hour to depart.”
According to Brown, Swift flies on a newer private aircraft — the Falcon 7x — which is more fuel-efficient than older planes. There’s also a bedroom where Swift can sleep during the more than 13-hour flight.
