2014 email shows Biden discussed White House hire with Hunter under a pseudonym

‘Robin Ware’ emails Hunter Biden: ‘Re Johnny, call me right away’

Robin Ware emailed Hunter Biden on Jun 23, 2014.

Then-Vice President Biden apparently used a pseudonym to discuss a future White House hire with his son, Hunter Biden, according to 2014 emails from Hunter’s laptop.

In an email on June 23, 2014, Hunter emailed “Robin Ware” from his company email at Rosemont Seneca Partners.

“Before you fill position pls talk to me—– J. McGrail very much wants to serve as detail fr treasury,” Hunter wrote.

Minutes later a response from the robinware456@gmail.com email account read: “Re Johnny call me right away dad.”

Robin Ware is one of several aliases Biden used to discuss government matters with his son during his time as vice president, according to House Republicans investigating the Biden family.

At the time of these emails, John McGrail was serving as a senior counsel at the US Treasury. Notably, two months after the exchange, he took over as deputy counsel at the White House, as indicated on his LinkedIn profile.

Currently, McGrail is back at the Treasury, where he serves as Counselor to the Under Secretary for Domestic Finance.

US Newzs Digital had no response to requests for comment, despite attempts to get a comment from McGrail, the White House, and Hunter’s legal representation.

This recent email revelation comes on the heels of news this week that the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) has taken legal action against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). SLF is demanding access to all records and communications related to three specific email accounts during Joe Biden’s tenure as vice president. These email accounts are robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com, and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov.

SLF first submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in June 2022 to obtain these records but did not receive a single document in response.

In a June 2022 email now disclosed as part of the lawsuit, NARA appeared to identify more than 5,000 potentially relevant documents related to the foundation’s FOIA request. The email, dated June 24, 2022, states, “We have searched our collection for Vice Presidential records related to your request and identified approximately 5,138 email messages, 25 electronic files, and 200 pages of related records. Processed to address your request.”

“Please note that these amounts are an estimate and the total material processed may not apply to your specific item,” it continued. “Archival Operations Division staff are currently processing and reviewing FOIA requests prior to your request. To treat everyone equally, we have placed your request in our complex queue as of the date it was received in our office.”

One of Hunter Biden's lawyers allegedly lied about her identity

To request unredacted email communications between Biden and his son regarding all documents related to Ukraine, Burisma, and aliases, House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer also sent a letter to NARA this month.

Joe Biden insists there is an “absolute wall” separating his family’s foreign business endeavors from his responsibilities as vice president. However, available evidence suggests that Comer had substantial access to his family’s involvement in influence peddling.

“We already have evidence that then-Vice President Biden participated in discussions, lunches, and coffee meetings with people related to his son’s foreign business activities,” Comer said. “Furthermore, we know that Hunter Biden and his associates were informed of then-Vice President Biden’s official government duties in countries with financial stakes. The National Archives must provide us with these unredacted records to advance our investigation into this flawed corruption. The Biden family.”
